Returns & Exchanges

* Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
* Products must be:
    * In their original condition
    * Unused and unworn
    * Returned in the original packaging with all included accessories

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

Products cannot be returned or exchanged if:

* They show signs of use or damage
* The damage was caused by misuse
* The original receipt or proof of purchase is missing

Manufacturing Defects

* If the product has a manufacturing defect, Pommy Kids will provide a free exchange or full refund after inspection by our quality team.
* We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, comfort, and safety for children.

Shipping Costs

* Customers are responsible for shipping fees in cases of returns or exchanges not related to manufacturing defects.
* If the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, Pommy Kids will cover all shipping costs.

* Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
